Quick Rip: Groove Solventless joined the 22nd Annual Blackfoot River Cleanup, where volunteers removed over 200 pounds of trash from the waterway. We’re proud to be part of this community and always on the lookout for ways to support live music, the arts, and Montana’s great outdoors.
This past weekend, Groove teamed up with the Blackfoot Home & Community Club and fellow Montanans for the 22nd Annual Blackfoot River Cleanup — and it was a big success!
Armed with bags, gloves, and river-ready gear, volunteers floated, hiked, and scoured the banks of the Blackfoot River, removing more than 200 pounds of trash from this cherished waterway. From beer cans to stray tires, the effort continues a long-standing tradition of community-powered stewardship. Since the cleanup began in 2004, thanks to the Pfister family, over 20,000 cans have been pulled from the corridor — a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we come together.
As a Montana-born, community-driven cannabis company, Groove is proud to support causes that protect the wild places we love and live in. The Blackfoot holds a special place in the hearts of so many Montanans — including our team.
While at the cleanup, someone thanked our Wholesale Rep Mike Michals for volunteering. He smiled and said, “Oh of course. This river has provided a lot of memories over the years, so it’s a great way to pay it back.”
Whether we’re floating downstream, casting lines, or catching live music under the stars along the banks at the KettleHouse Amphitheater, we understand the importance of preserving these places for generations to come.
Groove’s participation in the Blackfoot River Cleanup is part of our broader Groovin’ for Good initiative — our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve across Montana. From environmental stewardship to music and the arts, we’re dedicated to supporting the culture and character of this place we call home.
