Groove Solventless is seeking a Production Assistant to lead the manufacturing of high-quality cannabis products. This role is primarily responsible for the technical production and preparation of materials for final packaging.
This position is centered on the production floor, focusing on the creation and processing of solventless products. As a Production Assistant, your main tasks will involve operating specialized machinery to produce cannabis goods and handling products with precision to meet our strict quality standards. While you will coordinate with the packaging team and occasionally assist them with packaging/labeling, your priority is maintaining steady production flow and efficient equipment operation.

- Operating and maintaining specialized production machinery.
- Expert handling, weighing, and processing of premium cannabis materials to Groove standards.
- Executing technical production workflows and ensuring efficient product output for the distribution team.
- Monitoring production inventory and managing waste during the manufacturing process.
